Our diamonds are pre-sourced and held ready. Your CAD design goes to casting the same day. That's how we move fast on a made-to-order model.

It also means your piece isn't sitting in a container ship or a customs facility. It's made, inspected, packed, and shipped to you — directly.

Both are issued by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), an internationally recognized grading laboratory.

2. We'll send you a prepaid, insured FedEx return label.

3. Pack the jewelry, invoice, and original packaging inside a FedEx padded envelope, then place that envelope inside a small FedEx box.

4. Drop off at any FedEx location within 2 days of receiving the return label.

5. Keep your FedEx receipt and send us a photo — this is your proof of shipment and insurance confirmation.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Wire transfer purchases are refunded by check.

The most accurate way is to visit a local jeweler and ask to be measured with a ring mandrel — it takes under a minute and is free at most jewelers.

If you'd prefer to measure at home, we recommend using a ring size chart printed to actual scale, or a flexible measuring tape around your finger at the knuckle.

Important: finger size changes slightly throughout the day and in different temperatures. Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger for the most accurate fit.
